Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide during intake and chat, including contact details, company details, software stack, financial ranges, owner-hours signals, readiness answers, and account information.

How We Use Information

We use this information to create your profile, calculate readiness signals, route the business, improve the product, and contact you about your account, readiness roadmap, and related XitWisely services.

SMS and Mobile Information

If you opt in to SMS, we store your consent record, phone number, consent timestamp, disclosure version, source page, and opt-in status. We use mobile numbers only to send XitWisely messages you consented to receive. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Payment Information

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, your payment details (such as card number) are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy; XitWisely does not receive or store your full card number. We retain limited billing records — such as your subscription plan, status, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers — to manage your account, entitlements, and renewals.

Service Providers

We may use service providers, including Firebase, Netlify, Stripe (payments), Twilio, SendGrid (email), analytics tools, and AI infrastructure, to operate the product. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to XitWisely.

Your Choices

You can update account information through the product. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out. You can also contact XitWisely to request help with your profile or communication preferences.

Retention, Deletion & Your Rights

We retain your profile and readiness data while your account is active so your score history and roadmap keep working. You can permanently delete your account and all its data yourself at any time from Account → Security — deletion removes your profile, businesses, conversations, and login, and is not reversible. You can also request a full export or deletion by emailing support@xitwisely.com from your account email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information; we honor verified requests regardless of state.
